Start on Herbalife’s official account-create page and set up the login you’ll use for your Member account.

Enter your sponsor details
When Herbalife asks for your sponsor, use the details below. Mark & Keely stay available to help you with products and getting started.

Complete registration and the Member Pack
Finish the official application, review Herbalife’s terms and purchase the one-off Member Pack.

Sign in to your Member account
Use the login you created with Herbalife. Your Member account is separate from your free customer account with this shop.

Order directly through Herbalife
Sign in to Herbalife’s Member system to order at Member pricing, with products supplied directly by Herbalife.
Join for yourself, with support from us
Many people join simply to buy products for themselves or their household. Selling and building a business are optional.
Ordering directly through Herbalife doesn’t mean losing our support. Mark & Keely can still help with products, ordering and getting started.
A few things worth knowing
Do I have to sell products?
No. You can join for personal use. Selling products or building a business is optional. Retail profit can come from selling products, but earnings are not guaranteed and recruitment alone does not generate earnings.
Do I have to order every month?
There is no monthly product order requirement. The one-off Member Pack is required to join; no other purchase is required to join.
Can my Member discount increase?
The starting Member discount is 25%. With qualifying volume it can move to 35%, then 42%. The current UK guidance shown here is 500 volume points within two months for 35%; 42% is usually for Members with their own customers. Check Herbalife’s current qualification terms before planning around a higher discount.
Example: one Formula 1 shake is 23.95 volume points.
What if I change my mind?
Refund and cancellation rights follow Herbalife’s current UK policy. Read the official policy and registration terms before completing your application.
Is this the same as a free shop customer account?
No. A free customer account lets you shop on this website. Herbalife membership is a separate registration with Herbalife and includes the Member Pack. Creating a free shop account does not make you a Herbalife Member.
