Take your routine one step further

Herba Pack EXTRA is for customers who want more than shakes and tea, but do not need the full COMPLETE pack. It keeps the PROTEIN foundation and adds Herbal Aloe, turning plain water into a drink you actually want through the day.

What is in the pack

• 2 x Formula 1 Healthy Meal Shake Mix - you choose the flavour of each canister.
• 1 x Protein Drink Mix, Vanilla (588 g) - 15 g protein per 28 g serving.
• 1 x Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts (51 g) - in your choice of flavour.
• 1 x Herbal Aloe Drink Mix, Mango concentrate (473 ml) - low calorie and sugar free.

How the four products fit together

Formula 1 gives you the meal structure. Protein Drink Mix adds 15 g protein per serving whenever you need it. Instant Herbal Beverage and Herbal Aloe cover your drinks: a tea to start the day and a low-calorie, sugar-free aloe drink for later on.

None of it takes more than a couple of minutes to prepare, so the routine fits around work, family and training rather than the other way round.

Using Formula 1 for weight control: replacing two daily main meals of an energy-restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss, and replacing one daily main meal contributes to maintaining your weight after weight loss. The shakes need to replace meals, not sit on top of an unchanged diet.

Suggested daily routine

• Formula 1: one or two shakes a day depending on your goal, prepared as the label of your chosen flavour directs.
• Protein Drink Mix: mix one 28 g serving with 250 ml cold water as a protein drink, or add it to a Formula 1 shake where the label allows.
• Instant Herbal Beverage: make up one serving with water, as directed on the label. Each 1.7 g serving contains 87.5 mg caffeine, so count it in your daily caffeine intake.
• Herbal Aloe: shake the bottle, then mix one 15 ml serving with water as directed on the label and drink it through the day.

Make it your own

You do not have to use everything at once. Many people have a shake at breakfast, tea mid-morning, aloe with water in the afternoon and a second shake at lunch or dinner. If you use two shakes for weight loss, they replace two main meals within an energy-restricted diet.
