How to use
Shake with water & PDM
Replace your normal breakfast and lunch with a Formula 1 shake with PDM, mixed with water for more protein and less (milk) sugars. Mix 2 scoops of Formula 1 with 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix and mix with 300ml water.
Shake with Milk or Milk alternative
MIx 2 scoops of Formula 1 with 250ml low-fat milk or a milk alternative for example unsweetened soy/almond milk. In this case the Protein Drink Mix can be used as a mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon Protein Snack to help satisfy your hunger cravings and to help meet your daily personal-protein requirements.
